I am Pallavi Upkare, working as Senior Project Manager IIT Bombay since a decade and NCDA Certified Career Practitioner empowering students to holistically choose their career path.

I believe that I have been blessed with a special purpose in this world, and that is to help one million students to explore, discover and grow in their career journey.

Professional Life

I’m Pallavi Upkare, Career Visionary Coach helping students take the next big step towards their career. I’m also a Senior Project and HR Manager at IIT Bombay, guiding students/interns at IIT Bombay and helping them execute development projects based on technology.

Mission

I am on a mission to empower 100,000 highschool and undergraduate students to have a fulfilling career and no regrets in life due to their career choices. 

I founded Career Vision Hub to provide a well-rounded career guidance service to students and parents…….because i myself went the conventional route of being good at studies, taking up PCM, graduating as an engineer, ended up in IT, and almost enrolled in MBA, all while feeling empty and unsatisfied.

That is why I founded Career Vision Hub so that I can help students with all queries starting from Identifying your orientation style, Discovering your genuine interests, Assessing your aptitude and Understanding your emotional intelligence.

In my personal life, I am father of a lovely daughter Nityangi and a loving and caring wife Anshu.

Spiritual Life & Personal Development

With all the technical work I do, I am deeply committed to living a simple and fulfilling life. I have devoted myself to the study of personal growth and spiritual sciences, and one of my favorite quotes is “Success is not something you chase, it is something you attract by being an attractive person from within.”
 
To help me connect with my higher power and attract success, I have been practicing meditation and yoga for over 15 years. These practices bring me closer to my creator every day and have helped me achieve all the success I have experienced so far.
 
I have also implemented Astrological techniques in both my personal and professional life, seeing great results and sharing these techniques with my loved ones and business partners.
 
I follow the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita – As It Is and believe that we are spiritual beings on a human journey, with the ultimate goal of returning home to the spiritual world. Every morning, I meditate with the belief that “We are not human beings on a spiritual journey… rather we are spiritual beings on a human journey.”


As a minimalist at heart, I choose to live a life with less material possessions and focus on doing more with what I have.
 
I am also drawn to exploring the rich heritage and culture of India through travel, learning more about the history, traditions, and philosophies that have been passed down to us. It is a deeply emotional and heartfelt journey for me to embrace minimalism and spirituality, and to support my loved ones in their passions and pursuits.
