When I was in class 12th, I was quite confused about my dreams, aspirations and career goals in life. I followed the conventional path of an engineering career followed by an IT job without understanding myself or exploring sufficient options. Unfortunately, this left me with an empty feeling.

In 2013, I started working at IIT Bombay as a Project Manager and closely interacted with tons of students understanding their needs, challenges and aspirations.

I believe that the current methodology of career selection is faulty, and the only way to fix this is by building a new breed of student champions and empowered parents.

Globally, my system has helped 100s of school and college students to be successful their career journey.
